Karin Gaasterland and Alain Parry converted a former Blacksmiths workshop into what is now Balthazar's Kitchen. Here your find Hospitality and a friendly environment, the open plan kitchen gives the feeling of an intimate dinner at home with friends.Because of this, there is no menu card.

With fantasy and home grown Knowledge each week Karin and Alain conjure up a 3 course dinner, with elements from international kitchens.And during the summer the pavement outsider transforms in a intimate terrace, with the opportunity to dine alfresco.
