BLOEM is a cosy and trendy restaurant located in the beautiful old warehouses at the Entrepotdok near the zoo Artis and also near the television studio as a result of which a large number well-known famous  Dutch  are coming to BLOEM very regularly.

Inside it is `hip, small and cozy, exactly as Amsterdam guests  wants it nowadays .

In the kitchen the cook is only working with  fresh products. Sauces, cakes and desserts are all home made.
The chocolate cake, lemon cake and apple pie are very much appreciated.

The terrace is really top class as the sun is shining there till sundown. Therefore eating under a parasol at the waterfront is great and therefore the reason for many to call it the best terrace of Amsterdam.
