Following the concept of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in London, Fifteen Amsterdam was officially opened on December 14, 2004. The restaurant has an attractive cosmopolitan style and is located at Jollemanhof 9, better known as Pakhuis Amsterdam.
Fifteen Amsterdam is situated in a new and dynamic area where businesses and residential houses are combined. Fifteen Amsterdam is a large restaurant, seating over 200 persons. Apart from the restaurant there is a Lounge and Trattoria within the main restaurant. Even though Fifteen Amsterdam is actually a big restaurant, it offers a warm and intimate setting for a special evening for two. |

Everything was excellent, and the decor absolutely super. One slight complaint, is why the serving took longer than anticipated with a set up menu, no special orders. Otherwise it was magnificent. |

We had a great experience at 15 in Amsterdam! The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. The decor is upscale and groovy. |

i was expecting more, my food was cold and the mashed potatos was dry with no flavour...
well that is it!

This was a completely disappointing experience. We arrived at 8.30 and waited hours for service, entrees served at 10.00pm which were disgusting gelatinous rice and peas passwed off as risotto. Half of the main meals served at 11.oopm, two steaks arriving STONE cold and had to be returned only to have them subsequently served 20 minutes later hot and tough. Desserts NEVER came and so we asked for the bill at 12.00. A 'manager'then haggled with us over the bill to remove the desserts that never arrived. He failed to even apologise for any of the problems faced throughout the night. The entire experience was a total DISGRACE, food quality abominable, and APPALLING customer service. DONT GO THERE - IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Such a shame as the decor is great. |
