La Brasa means glowing charcoal and is started on the first of march 1987, by the present owners.

La brasa‘s choice of fresh Argentinean black angus beef the pure and fresh beef from the Argentinean pampas. The beef is vacuum packed shipped in special refrigerators to guarantee its freshness without freezing it.

 According to your taste we can grill the beef on a real charcoal grill.
Our homemade steak sauce chimichuri is a special on Argentinean recipe based sauce which we serve with every  dishes.
